How do I open a trade account?
Creating a trade account couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is click on the "Sign In / Register" button on the top right of your screen and fill in our application form. Our Sales Team will then be in contact to discuss your account.
How do I see prices?
To be able to see trade prices of our products you need to be a registered trade customer.
How do I see my account information and change my personal details?
Once you have signed in, to view your account information simply click on your name on the top right-hand side of your screen which will open up your account menu, followed by clicking on the “information” tab on the right-hand side pane. From here you will be able to change your personal details.
How do I edit or add new addresses?
Once you have signed in, to view your addresses, simply click on your name on the top right-hand side of your screen which will open up your account menu followed by clicking on the “addresses” tab on the right-hand side pane. From here you will be able to edit your current addresses by clicking on the “update” button or add a new address by clicking on the “Create new address” button on the bottom of the current addresses.
How do I view my order history and get a copy of my invoice?
Once you have signed in, to view your order history and past invoices, simply click on your name on the top right-hand side of your screen which will open up your account menu followed by clicking on the “order history and details” tab on the right-hand side pane. From there you are able to see all your past and current orders, and their current status, you are also able to get a copy of your invoice, the details of your order and also reorder that order. What is my PO number?
If you require a PO number: for orders made through this trade site we will use your order reference for the PO number.
How do I view my available credits?

How do I view my Wishlist?
There are two ways to be able to see the items which are on your Wishlist. Note that you will have to be signed in to view this. 1. Once you have signed in, to view your addresses, simply click on your name on the top right-hand side of your screen which will open up your account menu, followed by clicking on the “my Wishlist” tab on the right-hand side pane. This will allow you to see the items saved to your list. 2. On top of each page when you have logged in you will be able to see the Wishlist icon. By clicking on this it will allow you to see the items saved to your list.
How do you ship my orders?
There are two ways in which orders can be shipped: either by arranging the pickup of your order through your own courier ((and obtain your package details for your courier by calling our customer service team - -makes no sense!)), by using the Contact Us section of our website.
